To adequately cope with the case where abnormality occurs in a tilting degree detection for a control lever of a work machine.SOLUTION: A control device comprises: an acquisition section to acquire a first detection signal that is output depending on a tilting degree by a first tilting degree sensor for detecting the tilting degree of a control lever of a work machine, which tilts in a first direction or a second direction opposite to the first direction from a neutral position, and a second detection signal that is output depending on the tilting degree by a second tilting degree sensor; and a control section to determine whether or not the first detection signal and the second detection signal are values corresponding to the neutral position when activating the work machine, and generate and output a control signal for controlling the work machine based on the first detection signal when both detection signals are values corresponding to the neutral position, but when either one is a value not corresponding to the neutral position, generate and output the control signal based on the other first or second detection signal, and output a predetermined information corresponding to the case where either one is not a value corresponding to the neutral position from a predetermined output section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】作業機の操作レバーの傾倒量の検出に異常が発生した場合に適切に対処する。【解決手段】制御装置は、中立位置から第１方向または反対方向の第２方向に傾倒する作業機の操作レバーの傾倒量を検出する第１傾倒量センサが傾倒量に応じて出力した第１検出信号と、第２傾倒量センサが傾倒量に応じて出力した第２検出信号とを取得する取得部と、作業機械の起動時に第１検出信号と第２検出信号が中立位置に対応した値であるか否かを判定し、両方が中立位置に対応した値である場合、第１検出信号に基づいて作業機を制御する制御信号を生成して出力し、いずれか一方が中立位置に対応した値でない場合、他方の第１検出信号または第２検出信号に基づいて制御信号を生成して出力するとともに、所定の出力部から一方が中立位置に対応した値でない場合に対応した所定の情報を出力する制御部とを備える。【選択図】図２
