Zusammenfassung:To provide a method for producing a carburized sintered compact, in which sintering and carburizing can be performed in a single heating step and additives do not need to be mixed, thereby reducing the cost of additives and the production time.SOLUTION: In forming step S2, iron alloy powder is pressurized and formed to obtain a compact. In heating step S4, the compact is heated in a temperature range at or above an eutectic temperature and below a solidus line temperature to sinter and carburize the compact. In the heating step S4, the compact is heated in a carburizing atmosphere during at least a part of the heating step S4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】焼結処理と浸炭処理とを1回の加熱工程で行うことができるとともに、添加物を混ぜる必要がなく、添加物のコストの低減と製造時間の短縮とを図ることができる、浸炭焼結体の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】成形工程S2では、鉄合金粉末を加圧成形して成形体を得る。加熱工程S4では、成形体を共晶温度以上であって且つ固相線温度未満の温度範囲で加熱することにより、成形体の焼結及び浸炭を行う。加熱工程S4においては、加熱工程S4中の少なくとも一部の期間において浸炭雰囲気中で成形体の加熱が行われる。【選択図】 図4
