To provide a purchase behavior totaling device that is capable of separating visitors to a store into purchasers and non-purchasers for each person and totaling the purchasers and the non-purchasers.SOLUTION: An image processing device of a purchase behavior totaling device is configured to set, as a measurement area for measuring a behavior of the person by giving an individual area ID, an entrance area serving as an entrance and exit region of a store and a cash register area serving as a region in front of a cash register in a captured image, track a person recognized in the captured image by giving an individual person ID to the person, measure an entry time, entry route, exit route, and staying time of the person given the person ID when the person passes the measurement area, and record the area ID of the measurement area and a measurement result at the measurement area by associating the person ID with a purchase behavior history database.
