To more reliably maintain the quality of luggage that requires temperature adjustment in luggage delivery.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device comprising a control unit that determines a delivery plan including the order of delivery for delivering multiple items of luggage loaded in a temperature adjustment facility to a plurality of destinations by a vehicle, the multiple items of luggage having had their permissible temperature zone predetermined, in which zone to be kept cool or kept warm.
