Zusammenfassung: | To provide a customer behavior prediction apparatus, a customer behavior prediction method, and a program, capable of reducing operation load for periodically taking measures based on prediction of customer behavior.SOLUTION: A customer behavior prediction apparatus includes: a customer information acquisition unit which acquires customer information on a customer, the customer information being periodically output from a system of a service that is used by a customer whose behavior is to be predicted; a customer information storage unit which stores the acquired customer information; a data processing unit which processes the customer information stored in the customer information storage unit to a feature information indicating feature quantities of the customer; a data generation unit which generates learning data and prediction data at least on the basis of the feature information; a learning unit which generates a trained model that has machine-learned a relationship between the feature information and the customer behavior on the basis of the generated learning data; and a prediction unit which predicts the customer behavior on the basis of the generated prediction data and the trained model.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
