Zusammenfassung: | To prevent crack generation in a welding line when a reinforcing beam member of a container side wall is butt-welded to a plurality of partial beams.SOLUTION: In the sidewall reinforcing structure of the present invention, a reinforcing beam member is welded to an outer surface of a sidewall of an open-top container in a lateral direction, and the reinforcing beam member is joined by butting end edges of a plurality of partial beam members. The abutted web end edge of the partial beam member has a fitting shape including a concave shape on one side and a convex shape on the other side, and is arc-welded along a fitting line, and the fitting shape is not a straight line in a width direction of the web but a combination of a bent line and a curved line. In the butt-welded part, a backing metal having a U-shaped cross section is arranged to form a welding base between butt-end edges. Inside the butt-welded part, reinforcing plates are welded perpendicular to the side wall and parallel to the flange. The reinforcing plates include first and second reinforcing plates arranged at positions where an entire width of web is divided into three equal parts. The butt-welded part is reinforced with these end edge fitting shapes and the pair of reinforcing plates. The reinforcing plates are arranged at both ends of the partial beam member and at the butt-welded part, and no reinforcing plates are arranged at non-welded parts. The single reinforcing beam member provides a difference in supporting strength between the welded part and the non-welded part, so as to enhance overall supporting strength.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】コンテナ側壁の補強はり材を複数の部分はりの突合せ溶接とした場合、溶接線での亀裂発生を防止する。【解決手段】オープントップコンテナの側壁外面に、横方向に補強はり材を溶着。補強はり材は複数の部分はり材の端縁同士を突合せて接合。部分はり材の突合されたウェブ端縁は、一方が凹、他方が凸で嵌合い形状とし、嵌合い線に沿ってアーク溶接。嵌合い形状は、ウェブ幅方向の一直線でなく、屈曲線、湾曲線の組み合わせ。突合せ溶接部には、断面コ字状の裏当て金を配設し突合せ端縁同士の溶接下地とする。突合せ溶接部の内方では側壁に垂直に補強板を、フランジと平行に溶接する。補強板は、第1,第2の補強板を、ウェブ全幅を3等分する位置に配設する。これら端縁嵌合い形状、一対補強板にて突合せ溶接部を補強する。部分はり材両端部、突合せ溶接部に補強板を配置し、非溶接部に補強板は配設せず、1本の補強はり材でこれら溶接部と非溶接部との間に支持強度に差異を設け、全体の支持強度を高めた。【選択図】 図3 |
