Zusammenfassung: | To provide a molding apparatus and a molding method.SOLUTION: A molding apparatus of the present invention includes: an upper mold; a lower mold; a mold cavity defined by an intermediate mold movably attached to the lower mold; a position control mechanism configured to move the intermediate mold; and a gas exhaust mechanism disposed adjacent to the mold cavity and including a gas conduit and a slit jointly defined by the upper and lower molds when the molding apparatus is in a closed configuration. The slit communicates with the mold cavity and the gas conduit. A molding method of the present invention includes the steps of: injecting material into the mold cavity and forming a molded product within the mold cavity; exhausting at least a portion of a gas from the mold cavity through the slit in the gas exhaust mechanism adjacent to the mold cavity after the molded product has been formed; separating the upper mold from the lower mold; and releasing the molded product from the intermediate mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2A
