Zusammenfassung:To provide a power system stabilization device and method that efficiently perform power supply limitation of a renewable energy power supply and a synchronous power generator while ensuring synchronization power in a power system including both the synchronous power generator and the renewable energy power supply.SOLUTION: A power system stabilization device 1 includes: a stability calculation unit that calculates the stability when a power system 9a including synchronous power generators 2-1 to 2-3 and a renewable energy power supply 3 break down; a contraction system model creation unit that creates a contraction system model by using one or more nodes as contraction starting point nodes to make a topology of a power system including unstable power generators in a radial shape and contracting the power system including a stable power generator at an upper level from the contraction starting point node; a P-δ curve calculation unit that extracts the synchronous power generator that steps out based on the contraction system model and calculates a P-δ curve showing a relation between a phase angle and output effective power for each synchronous power generator; and a power control device selection unit that selects a target to limit the power supply from the synchronous power generator and the renewable energy power supply based on power supply limitation effect calculated based on the P-δ curve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】同期発電機と再エネ電源の両者を含む電力系統において、同期化力を確保しつつ、再エネ電源及び同期発電機の電源制限を効率的に行う電力系統安定化装置及び方法を提供する。【解決手段】電力系統安定化装置1は、同期発電機2ー1~2-3と再エネ電源3を含む電力系統9aが故障した場合の安定度を算出する安定度計算部と、不安定な発電機を含む電力系統のトポロジーが放射状となるように1箇所又は複数個所のノードを縮約起点ノードとし、縮約起点ノードから上位の安定な発電機を含む電力系統を縮約し、縮約系統モデルを作成する縮約系統モデル作成部と、縮約系統モデルに基づき脱調する同期発電機を抽出し、同期発電機毎に位相角と出力有効電力の関係を示すP-δカーブを計算するP-δカーブ計算部と、P-δカーブに基づき算出した電源制限効果に基づき同期発電機及び再エネ電源から電源制限する対象の選択を行う電制機選択部と、を有する。【選択図】図1
