Zusammenfassung: | To provide a wind collection type vertical shaft wind turbine that efficiently guides wind to a wind receiving surface of a blade, which is a surface of an impeller effective for rotation of the blade, and utilizes wind power efficiently, to improve rotation of the impeller and power generation efficiency.SOLUTION: A wind collection type vertical shaft wind turbine comprises an impeller 1 having an appropriate number of blades 3 formed on a vertical shaft 2, and a casing 4 that covers the impeller 1 and has a wind inflow port 5 and a wind outflow port 6 formed therein. The casing 4 at an outer periphery part of the impeller 1 with the blades 3 oriented in an opposite direction to a wind direction is formed in an arc shape, and a wind inflow path 8 is formed on an outer periphery of an arc-shaped part 7. The wind inflow path 8 is extended into the casing 4 where the blades 3 are oriented in the opposite direction to the wind direction, and a second wind outflow port 10 is formed at an end part of an extension part 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
