Zusammenfassung:To provide a food composition for inhibiting an expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor (PPAR) containing Acanthopanax senticosus Harms extract as an active ingredient.SOLUTION: It has been found that an expression of PPAR, especially PPARγ, can be inhibited by using Acanthopanax senticosus Harms extract, and as a result, a food composition for inhibiting PPAR expression containing Acanthopanax senticosus Harms extract has been completed.
