DISSIPATION DEVICE

To reduce the probability of an accidental drop of a container of a dissipation device onto a floor, or reduce the probability or degree of damage to the container and the floor even due to the accidental drop of the container onto the floor.SOLUTION: A dissipation device 10 includes: a container 14 made of a flexible sheet; a liquid 15 in a container 10; a weight 13 staying at a bottom part in the container 14; and a reed 11 that dissipates the liquid 15 to the outside of the container 14.
