Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for efficiently converting CO2 having low sulfur compound concentration into hydrocarbons.SOLUTION: A method for producing hydrocarbon includes: a gas separation step of separating CO2 gas having low sulfur compound concentration from by-product gas containing CO2 and sulfur; and a CO2 conversion step of producing hydrocarbon by converting CO2 contained in the CO2 gas from the gas separation step by means of a catalyst. The gas separation step includes an absorption tower extraction step of bringing a methanol absorption liquid fed into the inside of the absorption tower into contact with by-product gas introduced into the absorption tower to absorb components of the by-product gas, extracting a CO2-rich and S-rich absorption liquid at a lower stage of the absorption tower, and extracting a CO2-rich absorption liquid at a middle stage of the absorption tower.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】硫黄化合物濃度の低いCO2を炭化水素に効率よく変換する方途を提供する。【解決手段】CO2と硫黄を含む副生ガスから、硫黄化合物濃度の低いCO2ガスを分離するガス分離工程と、前記ガス分離工程からの前記CO2ガスに含まれるCO2を触媒により変換して炭化水素を製造するCO2変換工程と、を有する。ガス分離工程は、吸収塔の内部に供給したメタノール吸収液と吸収塔に導入する副生ガスとを接触させて副生ガスの成分を吸収させ、吸収塔の下段にてCO2リッチ・Sリッチ吸収液を抜き出し、かつ吸収塔の中段にてCO2リッチ吸収液を抜き出す吸収塔抜出工程を有する。【選択図】図1 |
