Zusammenfassung: | To provide a technology that can reduce the time required to unpack packaging and also reduce the amount of swarf produced when cutting packaging.SOLUTION: The unpacking device is configure to unpack a packing body and is equipped with: a robot; and a cutter hand attached to a tip of the robot. The cutter hand has: a blade section including a blade for cutting the packing body; and a blade holding section that holds the blade section. The blade holding section moves through a space around a first surface of the packing body while bringing the blade section into contact with the packing body, wherein the first surface extends in both: a second direction non-parallel to a first direction being an axial direction of a first shaft of the blade holding section; and a third direction orthogonal to the second direction. A distance, of when the blade holding portion moves around a corner of the first surface, between a cutting edge of blade portion and a position where the cutting edge is inserted into the packing body, is longer than a distance, of when the blade holding portion moves along a side of the first surface, between the cutting edge of the blade portion and the position where the cutting edge is inserted into the packing body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】梱包体の開梱に要する時間を短縮し、また梱包体の切断時に生じる切粉の量を低減可能な技術を提供する。【解決手段】開梱装置は、梱包体を開梱する装置であって、ロボットと、ロボットの先端に取り付けられたカッターハンドとを備える。カッターハンドは、梱包体を切断するための刃を含む刃部と、刃部を保持する刃保持部とを有する。刃保持部は、刃部を梱包体に接触させながら刃保持部の第一の軸部の軸方向である第一方向に非平行な第二方向と、第二方向に直交する第三方向との両方に広がる梱包体の第一面の周囲の空間を移動する。刃保持部が第一面の角部を移動する際の刃部の刃先と梱包体への刃先挿入位置との距離が、第一面の辺を移動する際の刃部の刃先と梱包体への刃先挿入位置との距離より長い。【選択図】図8 |
