To provide a blower that suppresses a poor influence of causing a human body to continue to be exposed to the wind and can form environment in which one can live comfortably.SOLUTION: A blower 10 includes: a blowing part 50; a blowing motor 54a; a vertical swing mechanism part 42; a motor 40 for vertical swings; and a control board 26.
