PUNCTURE MANIPULATION ASSISTING SYSTEM, PUNCTURE ASSISTANCE IMAGE GENERATION DEVICE AND PUNCTURE ASSISTANCE IMAGE GENERATION METHOD

To facilitate a puncture manipulation.SOLUTION: A puncture manipulation assisting system used for assistance of a puncture manipulation comprises: an ultrasonic probe 51 which acquires an ultrasonic tomographic image of a patient; a measurement device 20 which measures a position and posture of a puncture instrument 40 used in the puncture manipulation; and a puncture assistance image generation device 10 which generates assistance image data indicating the state of puncture on the basis of the ultrasonic tomographic image and the measurement data by the measurement device 20 and displays the assistance image data on a display 32. The puncture assistance image generation device 10 performs positioning of the puncture instrument 40, a tomographic plane of the ultrasonic probe 51 and a puncture target point in a patient body by using the measurement data, and generates the assistance image data indicating the positional relation of a puncture needle 41 of the puncture instrument 40, the tomographic plane and the puncture target point obtained by positioning and superimposed on the ultrasonic tomographic image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】穿刺手技を容易にする。【解決手段】穿刺手技の補助に利用される穿刺手技補助システムであって、患者の超音波断層像を取得する超音波プローブ５１と、穿刺手技に利用される穿刺器具４０の位置及び姿勢を計測する計測装置２０と、超音波断層像及び計測装置２０による計測データに基づいて、穿刺の状態を示す補助画像データを生成し、当該補助画像データをディスプレイ３２に表示させる穿刺補助画像生成装置１０と、を備え、穿刺補助画像生成装置１０は、計測データを用いて、穿刺器具４０、超音波プローブ５１の断層面、及び、患者体内の穿刺目標点の位置合わせし、位置合わせによって得られた穿刺器具４０の穿刺針４１、断層面、及び、穿刺目標点の位置関係を示し、超音波断層像に重畳する補助画像データを生成する。【選択図】図３
