The storage battery module units MU1 to MUn include a plurality of storage battery modules M1 to Mm connected in series. The storage battery modules M1 to Mm include a plurality of storage battery cells connected in series, a plurality of inter-cell balancing units CB provided for each of the storage battery modules M1 to Mm, and a plurality of inter-module balancing units MB provided for each of the storage battery module units MU1 to MUn.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
