To enable an in-oil gas analysis to be properly performed by facilitating the extraction of insulation oil from a tank.SOLUTION: A hand hole cover for a tank of oil-filled electrical equipment according to an embodiment openably/closably closes the hand hole that is provided in an upper wall part of the tank of the oil-filled electrical equipment constituted by storing an electrical equipment body with insulation oil within the tank.
