To provide a powder processing device that prevents temperatures of a shaft and bearings from rising and can stably be operated for a long period of time.SOLUTION: A powder processing device A comprises: a housing 10; a shaft 20 on which a powder processing unit 40 is mounted, the powder processing unit rotatable centering a center axis Cx and rotating around the center shaft Cx in an inner space 100 of the housing 10 to process the powder; bearings Br1, Br2 which support the shaft 20 rotatably with respect to the housing 10; and a cooler 50 which cools the shaft 20 and the bearings Br1, Br2.
