BUILDING SALES METHOD AND BUILDING SALES SYSTEM

To provide a building sales method and a building sales system which enables a customer to easily purchase a building such as a dwelling with less load when a contractor sells the building to the customer.SOLUTION: The building sales method for selling buildings through a sales site on the WEB includes: an exhibiting step of uploading building information about one or more buildings to be sold, to the sales site so that building information about each of the buildings can be identified; a purchase receiving step of receiving an order from a customer for purchase of the building information uploaded to the sales site in the exhibiting step; and an information providing step of allowing the customer to use the building information for which the order is received in the purchase receiving step.
