To reduce an exposed surface to the ground while securing a content volume and to improve corrosion resistance.SOLUTION: A hand hole comprises: a boxlike body 10 having an upper wall 14 which has a first opening 19 and an inclined wall 15 extending downward from the upper wall 14 and expanding outward in a lower direction; a support member 11 connected to the inclined wall 15 in an internal space 48 of the body 10; and an upper member 12 inserted into the first opening 19 to be supported on the support member 11 and having a second opening 38 communicated with the internal space 48 of the body 10 and a lid 39 for sealing the second opening 38. The support member 11 has a height adjustment part 31 having a rod material 32 having a male screw formed therein and extending upward.
