Zusammenfassung: | To vaporize reforming water with stability while preventing bumping of the reforming water.SOLUTION: A fuel cell module comprises: a fuel cell that generates power by an anode gas and a cathode gas; a reforming part that reforms a raw fuel gas to the anode gas by using water vapor; a combustion part that burns an off-gas exhausted from the fuel cell and exhausts a flue gas; a vaporization part that vaporizes the reforming water and exhausts water vapor; and an exhaust gas circulation part provided adjacently to a lower side of the vaporization part, and in which the flue gas circulates so as to exchange heat with the reforming water of the vaporization part. The vaporization part accommodates a plurality of metal heat storage members in an interior space supplied with the reforming water, and is provided with a corner part formed so as to allow the reforming water to flow by a capillary phenomenon between a bottom face part and a lateral face part of the interior space.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】改質水の突沸を防止して安定的に気化させる。【解決手段】燃料電池モジュールは、アノードガスとカソードガスとにより発電する燃料電池と、水蒸気を用いて原燃料ガスをアノードガスに改質する改質部と、燃料電池から排出されたオフガスを燃焼させて燃焼排ガスを排出する燃焼部と、改質水を蒸発させて水蒸気を排出する蒸発部と、蒸発部の下側に隣接して設けられ、蒸発部の改質水と熱交換するように燃焼排ガスが流通する排ガス流通部と、を備える。蒸発部は、改質水が供給される内部空間に複数の金属製の蓄熱部材を収容し、内部空間の底面部と側面部との間に毛細管現象により改質水を流すように形成された隅部が設けられている。【選択図】図3 |
