Zusammenfassung:	To provide a solvent-free adhesive which has a long pot life with suppressed viscosity increase after blending a polyol component and a polyisocyanate component and exhibits excellent heat seal strength and laminate strength even when formed into the content having strong acidity in using as a packaging material and to provide a laminate obtained by using the adhesive.SOLUTION: There is provided a solvent-free adhesive which comprises a polyol component, a polyisocyanate component containing a reaction product of a polyalkylene glycol having an average molecular weight of 1000 to 3200 and an aromatic diisocyanate and a compound having an acid anhydride group.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ポリオール成分とポリイソシアネート成分を配合した後の粘度上昇を抑えて長いポットライフを有し、包材とした際に、酸性が強い内容物とした場合でも優れたヒートシール強度とラミネート強度を示す無溶剤接着剤及び該接着剤を用いてなる積層体の提供。【解決手段】前記課題は、ポリオール成分、数平均分子量１，０００～３，２００のポリアルキレングリコールを含むポリアルキレングリコールと芳香族ジイソシアネートとの反応生成物を含むポリイソシアネート成分、及び酸無水物基を有する化合物を含む、無溶剤型接着剤によって解決される。【選択図】なし
