The long sheet wound on each winding reel continues between the adjacent winding reels, and the protective member has a first mount supporting the winding reel body rotatably in a predetermined position and a cover member covering the winding reel body, the cover member having a support portion extending in a vertical direction around the winding reel body and a ceiling portion located above the winding reel body. The support portion is positioned between the first mount and the ceiling portion and is designed to support the ceiling portion.
