Zusammenfassung:To provide a novel technique that impregnates and retains a release agent into a holder.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for manufacturing a release agent holding layer in which a liquid or flowable release agent is impregnated into a porous or fabric-made sheet-like holder. This method includes a manufacturing process in which the release agent is airless-sprayed with an injection pressure that does not exceed 100 kg/cm2 by use of an airless spray gun, is divided into a plurality of droplets and is caused to collide with the holder, whereby each droplet is foamed in the holder, the release agent is impregnated into the holder in a foam state, and the release agent holding layer is manufactured. The release agent has a viscosity higher than 0.1 Pa s(20°C) before injection from the airless spray gun.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 18 【課題】剥離剤を保持体に含浸留置させる新規な技術を提供する。【解決手段】液状または流動状の剥離剤が多孔性またはファブリック製であるシート状の保持体に含浸させられて成る剥離剤保持層を製作する方法が提供される。この方法は、エアレススプレーガンを用いて前記剥離剤を100kg/cm2を超えない噴射圧でエアレス噴射して複数の液滴に分断して前記保持体に衝突させ、それにより、各液滴を前記保持体内において泡状化し、それにより、前記剥離剤を前記保持体に発泡状態で含浸させ、それにより、前記剥離剤保持層を製作する製作工程を含み、前記剥離剤は、前記エアレススプレーガンからの噴射前に、0.1Pa・s(20℃)より高い粘度を有する。【選択図】図18
