Zusammenfassung:To enable prediction results that houses are going to be vacant in the future to be indicated.SOLUTION: Provided is an information processing device comprising: a prediction unit that performs vacant years prediction of houses by using a learning model that accepts, as input data, at least one of the building age of a house, the family information of the house, the passage of infrastructure facilities in years of the house, and the use amount of infrastructure resources essential for life in the house, and performs vacancy prediction using the vacancy information of a vacant house database as teaching data; and an image generation unit that superimposes a vacant years prediction heatmap on a map, that was generated on the basis of the results of prediction by the prediction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24 【課題】 本発明によれば、将来空き家になるという予測結果を示すことができる。【解決手段】 入力データとして、家屋の築年数、家屋の世帯情報、家屋のインフラ設備の経過年、および、家屋における生活に必須なインフラ資源の使用量の少なくとも1つを入力し、教師データとして、空き家データベースの空き家情報を用いて空き家予測を行う学習モデルを用いることにより、家屋の空き家年代予測を行う予測部と、地図上に、予測部による予測結果に基づいて生成した空き家年代予測ヒートマップを重ね合わせる画像生成部と、を備えた情報処理装置である。【選択図】 図24
