Zusammenfassung:To provide a motor-operated valve that can be assembled in a short time at a relatively low cost and that suppresses wear during operation.SOLUTION: A motor-operated valve has: a valve body unit for rotatably holding a valve stem 21 that is rotationally driven by a motor and moves in the axial direction; a valve element 25 that is disposed to be displaceable in the axial direction and is seated on or separated from a valve seat 11e; a valve holder 23 for holding the valve element, a spring member 24 that generates biasing force in a direction to separate the valve stem and the valve element; and a spring stopper part 27 that is fixed to the valve holder to be disposed between the valve stem and the valve element. The spring stopper part is located relative to the valve holder in the axial direction as to set a first axial position of the valve stem, where at least a fully-closed position is included and the valve element receives the biasing force of the spring member, and a second axial position of the valve stem, where at least a fully-opened position is included and the spring stopper part receives the biasing force of the spring member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】比較的安価に短時間で組立できる、動作時の摩耗を抑制した電動弁の提供。【解決手段】モータにより回転駆動されるとともに軸線方向に移動する弁軸21を回転可能に保持する弁本体ユニットと、軸線方向に変位可能に配置され、弁座11eに着座し又は離間する弁体25と、弁体を保持する弁ホルダ23と、弁軸と弁体とが離間する方向の付勢力を発生するばね部材24と、弁軸と弁体との間に配置されるように弁ホルダに固定されたばねストッパ部27と、を有し、少なくとも全閉位置を含み、ばね部材の付勢力を弁体が受ける弁軸の第1の軸線方向位置と、少なくとも全開位置を含み、ばね部材の付勢力をばねストッパ部が受ける弁軸の第2の軸線方向位置と、が設定されるように、弁ホルダに対してばねストッパ部が軸線方向に位置決めされる。【選択図】図1
