Zusammenfassung:To quickly formulate a transportation plan having many constraints in conformity with the constrains.SOLUTION: In a transportation plan formulation support system, a transportation plan formulation support apparatus 100 which can communicate with a plurality of user terminals is configured to: store first constraint conditions from which the deviation is not allowed and second constraint conditions which are related to each evaluation values and from which the deviation is allowed; generate combinations of routes of delivery of each vehicle, as delivery route candidates, for each of evaluation criteria, so as to satisfy the first constraint conditions and optimize the evaluation values based on the evaluation criteria; calculate an Ising model 400 in which adoption of the routes of each delivery of each vehicle is used as spins and sensitivity between variables in a constraint condition function is set as strength of interaction between the spins, regarding an objective function that includes evaluation values of the delivery route candidates for each of the evaluation criteria and the constraint condition function which is minimum when the second constraint conditions are met as terms; and output information indicating adoption of the routes of the vehicles to an output device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】多くの制約を有する輸送計画をその制約を遵守しつつ迅速に作成することを支援する。【解決手段】輸送計画作成支援システムにおいて、複数のユーザ端末と通信可能な輸送計画作成支援装置100は、逸脱が許容されない第1の制約条件と、各評価値に関する制約条件であって逸脱が許容される第2の制約条件とを記憶し、第1の制約条件を満たしつつ、評価基準に基づく評価値が最適化されるような、各車両の配送の各経路の組み合わせを配送経路候補として、複数の評価基準の夫々について作成し、各評価基準についての配送経路候補の評価値及び第2の制約条件が満たされる際に最小となる制約条件用関数を項として含む目的関数に関して、各車両の各配送の経路の利用有無をスピンとし、制約条件用関数における変数間の感応度をスピンの間の相互作用の強度として設定したイジングモデル400を演算し、各車両の各経路の利用有無を示す情報を出力装置に出力する。【選択図】図2
