Zusammenfassung:To provide a can manufacturing method and can manufacturing system that enable cans to be delivered inexpensively and with short delivery time.SOLUTION: In a can manufacturing method in which cans are manufactured by deep drawing using a pressing machine, there are equipped a front-step pressing machine, a latter-step pressing machine, and transportation means transporting blanks from the front-step pressing machine to the latter-step pressing machine, the can manufacturing method includes: a first pressing step in which the front-step pressing machine is used to perform blanking work and coining work to reduce the thickness of the blanks on the metal sheet; a transportation step of transporting the blanks from the front-step pressing machine to the latter-step pressing machine; and a second pressing step in which the latter-step pressing machine is used to form square cans by drawing and/or squeezing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】本発明は、安価かつ短納期で供給できる缶製造方法及び製造システムを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】プレス機の深絞り加工による缶の製造方法において、前工程プレス機、後工程プレス機及び前記前工程プレス機から前記後工程プレス機へブランクを搬送する搬送手段を備え、前記前工程プレス機で金属板に対してブランク加工及びブランクの板厚を減少させるコイニング加工を行う第1プレス工程と、前記前工程プレス機から前記後工程プレス機へブランクを搬送する搬送工程と、後工程プレス機で絞り加工及び/又は絞りしごき加工を行い角型缶の成形を行う第2プレス工程とを含むことを特徴とする缶の製造方法。【選択図】図1
