To provide a film container in which a paper layer and a resin film layer of a laminated film can be easily peeled and separated without any peeling residue.SOLUTION: In a film container which is formed by a laminated film and has front, rear, and bottom surfaces, the laminated film has multiple layers laminated and bonded together, including a paper layer, a resin film layer on an inner surface side of the paper layer, and an easy-to-separate layer between the paper layer and the resin film layer, at least opposing side edges of the front resin film layer and the rear resin film layer are joined, a sealing part is formed on a peripheral edge of the film container to which the resin film layer is bonded, the laminated film is made into a bag so as to surround a storage area for storing a content, the peripheral edge of the film container is provided with a peeling start part outside a boundary between the storage area and the sealing part, where the paper layer and the resin film layer of the laminated film extend outward without being bonded, the peel strength between the paper layer and the resin film layer of the easy-to-separate layer is smaller than the peel strength between the resin film layers of the sealing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】積層フィルムの紙層と樹脂フィルム層とを剥がれ残りなく剥離して分離し易いフィルム容器を提供する。【解決手段】積層フィルムで構成された、前面、後面、底面を有するフィルム容器で、積層フィルムは、紙層と、紙層よりも内面側の樹脂フィルム層と、紙層と樹脂フィルム層との間の易分離層とを含む複数の層が積層および接合されており、少なくとも前面の樹脂フィルム層と後面の樹脂フィルム層との対向する側縁部が接合され、フィルム容器の周縁部に樹脂フィルム層が接合されたシール部が形成され、積層フィルムが収容物を収容する収容領域を包囲するように製袋され、フィルム容器の周縁部には、収容領域とシール部との境界よりも外側に、積層フィルムの紙層と樹脂フィルム層が非接合で外側に向かって延出された剥離開始部が備わり、易分離層の紙層と樹脂フィルム層との剥離強度が、シール部の樹脂フィルム層どうしの剥離強度よりも小さいフィルム容器。【選択図】図１
