To provide a reinforcement arrangement support system and a reinforcement arrangement support method capable of efficiently advancing reinforcing bar construction than before.SOLUTION: A reinforcement arrangement support system 1 includes: an input unit 2 which receives an input of structure data of a target structure 10; an arithmetic unit 3 which calculates reinforcement arrangement data for the target structure 10 from the structure data input to the input unit 2; a display unit 4 which displays a reinforcement arrangement model in which reinforcing bars 20 are arranged in the structure 10 at least from a result calculated by the arithmetic unit 3; and an adjustment unit 5 which adjusts the result calculated by the arithmetic unit 3.
