Zusammenfassung:	To properly control a facility by using a system for managing a usage situation in real time.SOLUTION: An information processor for managing the usage situation of seats in a facility holds seat information in which area information showing an area and facility information showing a facility are related to each other and facility information showing whether separate control of facilities is to be accepted, secures one of the seats in response to a request from a user terminal, and sends facility information regarding a facility which can be controlled by the user terminal while the seat is secured of facilities around the secured seat, to the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】リアルタイムな利用状況を管理するシステムを活用して、適切に設備を制御する。【解決手段】施設の座席の利用状況を管理する情報処理装置であって、前記座席ごとに、エリアを示すエリア情報と、設備を示す設備情報とを対応付けた座席情報と、前記設備ごとの制御の受付の可否を示す設備情報とを保持し、ユーザ端末からのリクエストに応じて、前記座席の１つを確保し、前記ユーザ端末に対して、確保した前記座席付近の設備のうち、席確保の間に前記ユーザ端末から制御可能な設備に関する設備情報を送信することを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
