To provide an information processing device capable of creating, from a cooking moving image including a plurality of cooking processes, a well-organized time lapse moving image that is obtained by performing thinning-out processing according to the degree of change of an object to be imaged.SOLUTION: An information processing device 100 includes an acquisition unit 21 and an identification unit 22, and a moving image processing unit 23. The acquisition unit 21 obtains a cooking moving image including a plurality of cooking processes. The identification unit 22 identifies, from the obtained cooking moving image, a pretreatment period P1, a cooking-with-heat period P2, and a finishing period P3.
