Zusammenfassung:To provide a mold device that allows a nest to be replaced without reversing a mold and that can produce a molded product with various sizes and shapes by using one mold, and a molded product produced using the mold device.SOLUTION: There is provided a mold device, comprising: a pair of upper and lower molds; a first nest; and a second nest. The mold device is configured in that: the upper mold has a first through hole with a reversely convex cross section in which a first flat part forming a step is formed; the first nest includes a first enlarged diameter part that has a diameter wider than other parts and engages with the first flat part when placed in the first through hole; the second nest includes: a nest main body; a rod-shaped extrusion pin for extruding the molded product; a first extrusion plate for moving the extrusion pin; and a support member, and can be replaced integrally without removing the nest main body, the push-out pin, the first push-out plate, and the support member when attached to and detached from the lower mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】金型反転を経ずに入れ子を交換でき、かつ一型で様々なサイズや形状の成形品を作製することが可能な金型装置、および該金型装置を用いて作製された成形品を提供する。【解決手段】上型は、段差を構成する第1平面部が形成された断面逆凸形状の第1貫通孔を有し、第1入れ子は、他部よりも径を広げ、前記第1貫通孔に配置された際に前記第1平面部と係合する第1拡径部を備え、第2入れ子は、入れ子本体と、成形品を押し出すための棒状の押出ピンと、前記押出ピンを移動させるための第1押出プレートと、支持部材とを含み、前記下型に着脱される際に、前記入れ子本体、前記押出ピン、前記第1押出プレート、および前記支持部材を取り外すことなく一体的に交換可能である。【選択図】図1
