Zusammenfassung:	To provide an information generation device and an information generation method capable of lengthening a coherence time in magnetic dynamics.SOLUTION: An information generation device includes a magnetic substance, a magnetic field application part for applying a magnetic field to the magnetic substance, and an information generation part for applying an AC magnetic field to the magnetic substance with the magnetic field applied thereto, and generating first magnon of a first frequency having coherence information and second magnon of a second frequency being a half of the first frequency in the magnetic substance.
