Zusammenfassung: | To provide an information processing apparatus, or the like, related to a mechanism for presenting a utilization ratio of seats in an office.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus related to a prediction system which predicts a future utilization ratio of seats in a free-address office includes: an acquisition unit which acquires environment information on an environment around a location of the office and reservation information on a status of reservation for a facility in the office; a prediction unit which generates a prediction model by machine learning using a utilization ratio of seats on the day before a prediction day for predicting a utilization ratio of seats, as an objective variable, and environment information and reservation information on the previous day and time-series environment information, reservation information and utilization ratios of seats for a past predetermined period before the previous day, as explanatory variables, to predict a utilization ratio of seats on the prediction day, as the future utilization ratio of seats, on the basis of the prediction model; and an output unit which outputs a result predicted by the prediction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
