To provide a removal tool capable of easily removing a cap member even when a cylindrical portion of the cap member is fixed to a duct with a filler.SOLUTION: The removal tool includes an operating portion 21 disposed on the tool base end side L2, and an insertion/cutting portion 22 that is disposed on the tool distal end side L1 and can be freely inserted into a cylindrical portion 8 from the external side X2.
