To suppress running out of a free space on a storage medium.SOLUTION: A server apparatus of the embodiment comprises a receiving unit, a processing unit, a registration unit, a detection unit, and a deletion unit. The receiving unit receives a token indicating that an object is an authenticated and request contents associated with the token. The processing unit executes processing of the request contents. The registration unit registers, in data management information, identification information for identifying data obtained by executing the processing and an expiration date of the token associated with the request content of the processing in associating with each other. The detection unit detects the token whose expiration date has passed based on the data management information.
