To provide a fastening member holding device which prevents an end of a cylindrical elastic member from coming into contact with a chuck part of a rotary tool.SOLUTION: A fastening member holding device 1 includes: a slide member 2 which is fitted on a tip tool 6 and may slide in an axial direction of the tip tool 6; a guide member 3 attached to the slide member 2 and enclosing a fastening member 7 set at one end side of the tip tool 6; a fixing member 4 which may be fixedly fitted externally on an arbitrary position located at the other end side of the tip tool 6 relative to the slide member 2; and a cylindrical elastic member 5 attached to the tip tool 6 between the fixing member 4 and the slide member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】筒状弾性部材の端部を回転工具のチャック部に接触させない締結部材保持装置を提供する。【解決手段】締結部材保持装置１は、先端工具６に外嵌され、当該先端工具６の軸方向にスライド可能なスライド部材２と、スライド部材２に取り付けられており、先端工具６の一端側にセットされる締結部材７を囲うガイド部材３と、スライド部材２よりも先端工具６の他端側の任意の位置に外嵌固定可能な固定部材４と、固定部材４とスライド部材２との間で先端工具６に装着される筒状弾性部材５と、を備える。【選択図】図２
