The distance sensor S has a transmitting/receiving unit 12 connected to a sensor body 10, and can measure, in the sensor body 10, the distance to a measurement target by receiving, by the transmitting/receiving unit 12, a detection signal that is transmitted from the transmitting/receiving unit 12 and reflected by the measurement target. The housing H has a sensor housing portion Hs that houses the distance sensor S, and an attachment portion 22 that attaches the sensor housing portion Hs to an external attachment target. The sensor housing portion Hs maintains a posture in which a detection direction of the transmitting/receiving unit 12 faces a vertically downward direction due to the action of gravity in the state in which the attachment portion 22 is attached to the attachment target.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】計測対象までの距離を正確に計測し得る距離センサーモジュールを構成する。【解決手段】距離センサーモジュールAは、距離センサーSと、筐体Hとを備えている。距離センサーSは、センサー本体部10に接続された送受信部12を有し、送受信部12から送信された検出信号が計測対象で反射された後に送受信部12で受信されることにより、センサー本体部10において計測対象までの距離を計測が可能である。筐体Hは、距離センサーSを収容するセンサー収容部Hsと、センサー収容部Hsを外部の取付対象に取り付ける取付部22とを有し、センサー収容部Hsは、取付部22が取付対象に取り付けられた状態において、重力の作用により送受信部12の検出方向を鉛直下方に向かう姿勢に維持する。【選択図】図4 |
