LIGHT DISTRIBUTION CONTROL DEVICE FOR VEHICLE

To provide a light distribution control device for performing light distribution control that contributes to early recognition of a pedestrian by suppressing improper operation caused by improperly recognizing ambient environment at night by a driver.SOLUTION: A light distribution control device includes a first ambient environment recognition device (11 or the like) for recognizing an ambient environment of a vehicle M and detecting first target information in the recognized ambient environment, an own vehicle position information acquisition device 36a for acquiring vehicle position information, a second ambient environment recognition device (36a, 36b) for acquiring map information of a prescribed range based on the vehicle position information and second target information included in map information based on the vehicle position, a lighting system 39 for radiating illumination light, and a lighting control unit 26 for performing light distribution control of the illumination light from the lighting system.
