To provide a cleaning tool in which a transmission body is easy to be detached from a drive force reception unit, and a vacuum cleaner including the cleaning tool.SOLUTION: A drive force reception unit 1223 includes: a reception part body 12230 in which a transmission body 13 is wound around an outer periphery thereof; and a regulation part 12231 located at the other end side of a rotary cleaning body 12 with respect to the reception part body 12230, for regulating a position of the transmission body 13.
