To provide a shield partition 10 which is good in appearance, which is easy in handling such as installation, preservation and transportation, and which is excellent in operation convenience.SOLUTION: In a gap 14a which is formed in a main frame 14 constituting a post 11, there is held an engaging projected line 32f through a second bent piece 32e of a second clip piece 32 by an opening end face in a longitudinal direction of a sub-frame 15 and by an opening end face in the longitudinal direction of a sub-frame 16. Then, a projection 31a of the first clip piece is press-fitted into an engaging hole 32a of the second clip piece 32 through a hole 12a of a sheet 12. When the projection 31a of the first clip piece 31 is press-fitted into the engaging hole 32a of the second clip piece 32, a hook piece 31b of the first clip piece 31 is restrained in an engaging step 32b of the engaging hole 32a of the second clip piece 32.
