Zusammenfassung:	To provide an airtight structure which can maintain airtightness over a long period.SOLUTION: An airtight structure according to the disclosure includes: a case 1 in which a through hole 12 is provided at a wall part (a side wall 11); a cylindrical body 2 having a flange 22 and penetrating through the through hole 12 in a manner that the flange 22 faces an outer surface of the wall part; and a packing 3 disposed between the outer surface and the flange 22 in an airtight manner. The airtight structure includes: a support plate 4 through which the cylindrical body 2 penetrates and which sandwiches the flange 22 with the outer surface to support the cylindrical body 2; and a buffer member 5 which is disposed between the support plate 4 and the flange 22 and covers the packing 3 to shield light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】長期にわたって気密性を維持することができる気密構造を提供する。【解決手段】本開示に係る気密構造は、壁部（側壁１１）に貫通孔１２が設けられたケース１と、フランジ２２を有し、該フランジ２２が前記壁部の外面に対向するようにして前記貫通孔１２を貫通している筒体２と、前記外面と前記フランジ２２との間に気密に介在しているパッキン３とを備える気密構造において、前記筒体２が貫通しており、前記外面との間に前記フランジ２２を挟むことによって前記筒体２を支持する支持用板４と、該支持用板４と前記フランジ２２との間に介在しており、且つ前記パッキン３を覆って遮光する緩衝部材５とを備えることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１
