To provide oil-based solid cleansing cosmetics that contain charcoal powder but prevent the aggregation and sedimentation of the charcoal powder and ensure sufficient dispersion of the charcoal powder.SOLUTION: Oil-based solid cleansing cosmetics contain the following component A of 4.0-20 mass%, the following component B of 50-90 mass%, the following component C of 0.01-5.0 mass%, the following component D of 8-22 mass%, the following component E of 0.01-5.0 mass%, and the following component F of 0.5-6.0 mass%.
