MULTIVALENT VACCINE COMPOSITION

To provide a stable, immunogenic combination vaccine comprising a mixture of antigens for prevention and prophylaxis of infections caused by Rotavirus, poliomyelitis anterior acuta virus, Haemophilus influenzae, Corynebacterium diphtheriae, Clostridium tetani, Bordetella pertussis and Hepatitis B virus.SOLUTION: Provided is a combination vaccine comprising: i) an inactivated poliovirus antigen selected from Salk or Sabin strain; ii) an inactivated rotavirus antigen; iii) any one or more other antigens; and iv) one or more adjuvants selected from aluminum salts such as aluminum hydroxide or aluminum phosphate, the poliovirus antigen being a dose reduced composition having at least one inactivated poliovirus strain selected from Type 1, Type 2, or Type 3 of Sabin, or Mahoney type 1, MEF Type 2, or Saukett type 3 of Salk.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ロタウイルス、急性灰白髄炎ウイルス、インフルエンザ菌、ジフテリア菌、破傷風菌、百日咳菌及びB型肝炎ウイルスによって引き起こされる感染症の予防及び防止のための抗原の混合物を含む、安定な免疫原性の混合ワクチンを提供する。【解決手段】i)ソーク又はセービン株から選択される不活性化ポリオウイルス抗原;ii)不活性化ロタウイルス抗原;iii)他の任意の1つ以上の抗原;及びiv)水酸化アルミニウム又はリン酸アルミニウム等のアルミニウム塩から選択される1つ以上のアジュバント、を含む混合ワクチンであって、ここで、前記ポリオウイルス抗原が、セービンの1型、2型若しくは3型;又はソークの1型マホニー、2型MEF、若しくは3型サウケットから選択される少なくとも1つの不活性化ポリオウイルス株を有する減用量組成物である、混合ワクチンとする。【選択図】なし
