Zusammenfassung:	To efficiently and reliably collect measurement data from a measuring device using a relay terminal even under a situation where there are a large number of subjects.SOLUTION: In an information processing system that stores a measured value of a subject measured by a measuring device on a server via a relay terminal, the measuring device includes: a data transmitting unit that transmits the measured value to another measuring device when the measured value cannot be transmitted to the relay terminal; and a data receiving unit that receives the measured value transmitted from the other measuring device.
