The basket has a basket mounting part capable of mounting a plurality of annular members serving as bearing race rings. The tray has a tray mounting part capable of mounting an annular member. The basket mounting part and the tray mounting part have a honeycomb shape in which a plurality of hexagonal prism-shaped through-holes penetrating in the front and back directions of the basket and the tray. The hexagonal shape of the through-hole constituting the honeycomb shape of the basket mounting part viewed from the front and back directions and the hexagonal shape of the through-hole constituting the honeycomb shape of the tray mounting part viewed from the front and back directions have the same dimensions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】熱処理による軸受軌道輪の変形を抑制可能な、積層体及び軸受軌道輪の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】積層体は、表裏方向に積み重ねられた複数のバスケットと、複数のバスケットが載置されるトレイと、を備える。バスケットは、軸受軌道輪となる複数の環状部材を載置可能なバスケット載置部を有する。トレイは、環状部材を載置可能なトレイ載置部を有する。バスケット載置部及びトレイ載置部は、複数の六角柱形状の貫通孔がバスケット及びトレイの表裏方向に貫通したハニカム形状を有する。バスケット載置部のハニカム形状を構成する貫通孔を表裏方向から見た六角形状と、トレイ載置部のハニカム形状を構成する貫通孔を表裏方向から見た六角形状と、は同一寸法である。【選択図】図1 |
