REPAIR COATING METHOD FOR STEEL STRUCTURE

To provide a repair coating method for a steel structure, which can form an anticorrosive coated film excellent in anticorrosiveness, quality, and flexibility on the rusty surface or the low derusted surface of the steel structure.SOLUTION: The repair coating method for the steel structure is for coating the rusty surface or the low derusted surface of the steel structure with a rust penetrant, and then applying top coat paint. The rust penetrant contains (i) an epoxy polyol resin as a main agent, contains straight-chain polyol having a first-grade hydroxyl group, and contains an isocyanate resin as a curative agent, and (ii) a film thickness is 30 μm or more, and the top coat paint contains a polyol resin as a main agent, and contains an isocyanate resin as a curative agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】鋼構造物の錆び面又は低ケレン面に、防食性に優れた高品質で柔軟性に優れた防食塗膜を形成することを可能とした鋼構造物の補修塗装方法を提供することである。【解決手段】鋼構造物の錆面又は低ケレン面に、錆浸透剤を塗装した後に、上塗り塗料を塗装する鋼構造物の補修塗装方法であって、前記錆浸透剤は、（i）主剤としてエポキシポリオール樹脂を含有すると共に、１級ヒドロキシル基を量末端にもった直鎖のポリオールを含有し、硬化剤としてイソシアネート樹脂を含有し、(ii) 膜厚が３０μｍ以上であり、前記上塗り塗料は、主剤としてポリオール樹脂を含有すると共に、硬化剤としてイソシアネート樹脂を含有することを特徴とする鋼構造物の補修塗装方法。【選択図】なし
