Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method for industrially producing levoglucosan using pulp as a raw material with simplicity, high-yield, and high-purity.SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing levoglucosan, comprising: (1) subjecting a pulp, in which the content of glucose as a constituent sugar is 80 mass% or more and the content of Klason lignin is 1 mass% or less, to a soaking treatment in a divalent metal salt aqueous solution; (2) performing heat treatment, in which the pulp after the soaking treatment is heated and thermally decomposed after the soaking treatment to produce gaseous levoglucosan, and at the same time produce no char or produce a film-like char, and no carbon monoxide is produced, or even if carbon monoxide is produced, the amount produced is 5 pts.mass or less per 100 pts.mass of the bone-dry mass of the pulp; and (3) a recovery step of cooling the gaseous levoglucosan to a temperature below its boiling point and recovering it.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】パルプを原料としてレボグルコサンを簡便かつ高収率、高純度で工業的に製造する方法を提供する。【解決手段】(1)構成糖としてのグルコースの含有量が80質量%以上であり、かつクラーソンリグニンの含有量が1質量%以下であるパルプを二価金属塩水溶液で浸漬処理する工程、(2)前記浸漬処理後のパルプを加熱して熱分解させ、気体状のレボグルコサンを生成すると共に、チャーを生成せず又はフィルム状のチャーを生成し、かつ一酸化炭素を生成せず又は生成してもその生成量が前記パルプの絶乾質量100質量部当たり5質量部以下となる加熱処理を行う工程、及び(3)前記気体状のレボグルコサンをその沸点以下の温度まで冷却して回収する回収工程を含むレボグルコサンの製造方法である。【選択図】なし |
