WORK-PIECE TEMPORAL BONDING DEVICE

To easily and securely conduct positioning of a base sheet member and a cover sheet member on temporal bonding the cover sheet member to the base sheet member in a manufacturing process of a flexible printed circuit board.SOLUTION: When placing a base sheet member 4 on a stripper plate 25 and lowering a cover sheet member 3 and the base sheet member 4, long pins 23a are inserted to positioning holes 24 provided at four corners of the base sheet member 4. When covering the cover sheet member 3 on the base sheet member 4, the long pins 23a are inserted to positioning holes 24 provided at four corners of the cover sheet member 3. The sheet members 3, 4 are further lowered, and short pins 23b are inserted to respective positioning holes 24 of the sheet members 3, 4. The cover sheet member 3 is pushed to the base sheet member 4 by using a pressing plate 2c and these are temporally bonded together. With projection parts of the pressing plate 2c, these are dot-bonded together.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】フレキシブルプリント回路基板の製造工程で、ベースシート部材にカバーシート部材を仮接着処理する際、ベースシート部材とカバーシート部材との位置決めを容易に、かつ、確実に行えるようにする。【解決手段】ストリッパープレート２５にベースシート部材４を載置させ、カバーシート部材３とベースシート部材４とを下降させる際、ベースシート部材４の四隅の位置決め孔２４に長尺ピン２３ａを挿入させる。カバーシート部材３をベースシート部材４に被せる際に、長尺ピン２３ａをカバーシート部材３の四隅の位置決め孔２４に挿入させる。シート部材３、４をさらに下降させ、短尺ピン２３ｂをシート部材３、４の夫々の位置決め孔２４に挿入させる。押圧プレート２ｃでカバーシート部材３をベースシート部材４に押し付け、これらを仮接着させる。押圧プレート２ｃの突起部によりこれらは点接着される。【選択図】図７
